7-Day Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of package delivery.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at jamrozm8@gmail.com with your Order ID and photo/video proof of the defective product.
- Once approved, our courier partner will collect the item or provide return instructions.
- Refunds or replacement items will be processed within 3-5 business days after inspection.
